From the moment Caleb stepped out of his truck to begin his inspection and estimate I was completely impressed. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and what made me choose SmithRock to replace my roof. During his initial visit he assured me SmithRock would take care of my concerns, which mainly centered around my rock chimney.

The work started in a timely manner and their top notch crew, led by Mike Holcomb, showed up at the break of dawn and worked till dark, barely taking a break. The next morning the crew showed up to complete my roof and did an impeccable job with clean up. I was in disbelief at the amount of nails from my old roof removal but as of almost 2 weeks later I haven’t found a single nail left behind. It was equally impressive that Jordan, the owner, showed up the second day to look at the job to assure all work was meeting SmithRock’s high standards.

This roofing company impressed me from start to finish and with every interaction (Caleb, Mike, Jordan, Britany, Misa, and all the other workers) their biggest concern was customer satisfaction. I did not get to meet Shane (Caleb and Jordan talked about him a lot!) but would like to extend my appreciation to him for creating a family oriented group of people who stand by their word and exude pride in a job well done. I will not hesitate to recommend SmithRock for roofing or any other home improvement projects.

Smithrock Roofing did an absolutely amazing job on my new roof! Replacement was required due to hail damage and Smithrock helped every step of the way. Kelley Cockerham made sure I had the roofing samples to make my selection, reviewed my quote with me and was on the job every day making sure all was running smoothly. Our whole experience with Smithrock Roofing was incredible! Everyone was very professional and friendly and they did a great job installing our new roof. The on-site supervisor/manager, Mike, was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained every step of the process through out the day.
