New roofs for our entire community! I’m taking the time to HIGHLY recommend Smithrock Roofing company. I am the President of the HOA at Morgan Ashley Terrace. We interviewed five roofers extensively. I learned more than I ever wanted to know about shingles and the terminology. But we are very thorough that way. There are three top brands and we determined CertainTeed is number one. In addition to the product being number one, the installer is rated number one in this area by CertainTeed for installation. I learned that proper installation is equally as important as the quality of the shingle. Everyone we met from this company were great to work with. Kyler, Kelley, Mike, Reid and Hannah. They will not try to sell you something you don’t need and if any issue arises they are quick to resolve it. Great communication and careful to clean up as they go. They provide before and after pics using a drone. It’s rare to be this confident about any contractor. I’ve done all the research for you. Call them!
