Hannah and Justin are true professionals. They lived up to each and every promise they made at each step of the roof replacement project in our 52 home townhouse community. They completed the project on time in spite of losing a week due to rain. Yards were cleaned up of debris, nails picked up and residents' questions and concerns answered in a very customer oriented manner. I can't recommend them enough.

Shane Smith came out & accessed the job. I received my estimate a day later. Smithrock arrived a few days after that & completed the job in two days, finishing in the rain! New gutters & downspouts along with ventilation soffits & complete facia replacement that was installed in 1959 when the house was built. The work is guaranteed & it looks like a new house. The price for work like this was very reasonable for this area of N.C. I checked. Thanks again.

After reading several wonderful comments on Facebook, I just had to call this company. Kyler came out and thoroughly inspected my roof on foot and using a drone. We were due for a new roof as it had never been replaced and the house was built in 1993. Kyler showed us samples and his suggestions and background in the industry, sold us on Smithrock. We received a email a few days before the start explaining what we needed to do to prepare for them.The crew showed up on Mon at 7:45 and worked til at least 6. They came back the next day and were finished by 4. The workers did what they were supposed to do. They worked. Great job and attention to detail. Cleaned up as they went and really did a good job.
After dealing with another company that installed our replacement windows, which took over 5 months and multiple trips to re measure and finally get installed, it was a pleasure dealing with Smithrock Roofing. I would highly recommend them to any one. If I had heard of them sooner, I would have had them do my windows also. Thanks so much.

Had an excellent experience dealing with this company. Have an older home and my roof needed replacing. A wind storm blew off some shingles and I knew it was time to get my roof replaced. They came out the next day to inspect it and I had a proposal that afternoon. They came out the next day and I had a new roof by that afternoon. Very professional.

In the world we live in it is very difficult to find someone trustworthy to do the job right and not rake you over the coals. The realtor I used to buy my house 6 years ago (Kimberly Buechlar) recommended SmithRock, and I am so glad that she did. Shane came to my house to put together an estimate, I was immediately impressed with not only his knowledge, and professionalism, but his demeanor, it was like talking with a friend I had known for 20 years. I had 3 other roofers scheduled to give me estimates. After meeting Shane The other 3 companies would have really needed to stand out, unfortunately for them Shane set the bar high enough the other companies could not reach it. Cameron and the crew that did the work on my house were also very courteous, and professional. The team addressed all my concerns and completed my roof replacement in one day at a very reasonable cost and the results are spectacular, they also made sure to thoroughly clean up after they finished. I am very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend Smithrock to anyone in need of a roofer. I would also add that I paid for the work, it was not an insurance claim so cost/value was a factor in my decision to use SmithRock.

He was very professional and friendly, and took the time to explain the problem in detail, showing me pictures and videos so I could really understand what was going on. Extremely pleased. This is the most professional company I have dealt with. They were on time with appointments, answered the phone, texted, and emailed me quickly. Kyler even answered my text after hours. I texted with him because it was a rush repairing the roof due to the water damage I had. This company is not pushy or trying to sale you something you don't need. They are particular about their work and expect it to be done right by their company standards. They moved very quickly and efficiently. They were very well organized and left the job site very clean. They were responsive to my request. Their onsite supervisor, Camron, was very polite and made sure everything was being done as requested. I was worried about finding a good company and getting my roof repaired correctly at a reasonable price, but I made the right decision when I went with Smithrock Roofing.
