That feeling of confidence is at the heart of Shingle for Sneakers. As Smithrock Roofing grew, Jordan and Hannah wanted their success to reach beyond the business itself. They wanted to pour that success back into the communities that supported them, especially into the lives of local children.

Through Shingle for Sneakers, every roof completed by Smithrock helps provide a new pair of shoes to a child in our community, turning the success of one local business into something that can make a real difference for the next generation.  You can join our mission by nominating a deserving child to receive a pair of shoes!

Earlier this year, a partner social worker approached us with an opportunity to provide new shoes for an entire school. Franklin Elementary serves students from all kinds of backgrounds, including many facing difficult circumstances at home. After hearing about the need, we knew this was exactly the kind of impact Shingle for Sneakers was created to make, and we gladly accepted the challenge.

That challenge inspired the creation of the Shingle for Sneakers Golf Classic, a charity golf event built to rally our community around the mission. By bringing together local businesses, sponsors, golfers, and supporters, the Golf Classic gives our community a way to come alongside us and help provide new shoes for the children of Franklin Elementary.
