Their Roofing Crew was great and very knowledge in Roofing Installation. Jordon never put them to work and left the premises.He stayed until all work was completed and clean up was done. If I could rate better than 5 Star , they would get that rating. Very Pleased and they were truly pleasant and helpful to work with and was all about doing what was best for the customer .

From quote to finish, Jesse and the team were wonderful! We were very impressed by the documentation they provided for the quote and the contract. Far better than quotes we got from two other companies that provided very minimal documentation or none at all. They came out to do the quote right away and they started the work within a week. Everyone was professional and polite. Out of the three quote received, theirs was very competitive. They repaired water damaged roof trusses, sheathing, attic vents and installed new gutters. Payment terms were good too. Everything turned out great. They were also very good about answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to show us pictures and video of anything on the roof we had questions about. We highly recommend SmithRock and Jesse!

Their all... read more inclusive pricing was very attractive, they sent a large crew and completed in two days, AND I didn't find so much as 1 nail from their thorough cleanup. The small issues we did have they took care of promptly and the owners followed up to ensure our satisfaction. The biggest factor in choosing Smithrock however was integrity. If you are like I was shopping for a roof you've likely had several companies wanting to talk to your insurance company on your behalf. I even had multiple quotes from the same company to apply with or without insurance. Smithrock is above that. They are not storm chasers nor did they try to sway me to see what I could get from by homeowners policy. Having been the General Contractor on my own house build before I can tell you the level of integrity they displayed is rare among residential contractors. I would absolutely use Smithrock Roofing again.

Love their workmanship and the ease of working with them and our insurance company to get a replacement roof and gutters needed after a recent hail storm.
